While 1% of the population has been diagnosed as Gluten Intolerant it is believed that this number is only the tip of the iceberg. Many more individuals have yet to be diagnosed. We know that the proportion of children diagnosed as gluten intolerant is around 5-6%.

As the awareness of the effects of gluten grows, more and more people are asking for alternatives to be made readily available. Eating outside the home demands easy gluten free alternatives.

Minced and shaped white fish, onion and potato, coated with a crispy batter and crumb.
Bean & Vegetable Grill

Mixed vegetables and beans finely blended and then coated in a gluten free batter and crumb.
Spicy Bean Bake

Packed full with beans and mixed and vegetables with a hint of cumin and coriander. Great as a starter or meal centre.

Ragu made with 100% British Beef topped with béchamel sauce and a sprinkling of cheese. 400g (Oven cook).
Pasta Bolognese

Bolognese sauce made with 100% British Beef served with gluten free penne pasta.
Macaroni Cheese

Gluten free Pasta with a Cheddar and Red Leicester Cheese sauce.
Beef Meatballs and Tomato Pasta
